Slip and Fall

These types of injuries occur when someone slips, trips, or falls. Typically it is because an area was uneven, wet, or icy. The owner of the property where the accident happens is liable for your injuries if he or she could have prevented the fall, or if they were responsible for conditions they knew were unsafe. It is not uncommon for these types of accidents to happen where you work. If they occur because of unsafe work conditions, your employer may be in violations of OHSA regulations as well.
